Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use form a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between you and Dogecoin Wallet ("we", "us", or "our") governing your download, installation, and use of the Dogecoin Wallet mobile application (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. This Agreement is Apple's standard end-user license agreement template with our customizations, as permitted by Apple's App Store guidelines.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control.

2. Non-Custodial Wallet — You Are Responsible for Your Keys

The App is a self-custody (non-custodial) wallet. We do not hold, control, or have any access to your recovery phrase, private keys, passwords, or funds. You are solely responsible for:

• Securely backing up your 12/24-word recovery phrase
• Keeping your device, biometrics, and spend password protected
• Verifying every address and amount before sending a transaction

If you lose your recovery phrase, or it is stolen, your funds cannot be recovered by us or anyone else. Transactions on the Dogecoin network are irreversible.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the App constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Market data shown in the App is provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed or inaccurate. Cryptocurrency is volatile and high risk; you may lose some or all of the value of your DOGE. You are solely responsible for your decisions to buy, hold, send, or receive DOGE.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency wallets where you live. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including export, sanctions, and anti-money-laundering laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful activity or to facilitate it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or the Dogecoin network
• Use the App to infringe the rights of any third party

6. Third-Party Services

The App connects to public Dogecoin network nodes and market-data providers. Their availability, accuracy, and behavior are outside our control. We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party services, network outages, blockchain forks, or chain reorganizations.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are granted to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND (B) USD $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the App, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

11. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this Agreement terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.

• Scope of License: The license is limited to use of the App on Apple-branded products you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Maintenance and Support: We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support.
• Warranty: We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
• Product Claims: We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing your or any third party's claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including (i) product liability claims, (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
• Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights you may have under mandatory local law.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
